A Tropical Luxury Lifestyle

Challenge

This 145,000-square-foot, Neiman Marcus store was an expansion of a two-level retail anchor building located in Boca Raton's Town Center Mall, South Florida's premier destination for upscale shopping. We needed to be sure to connect the Neiman Marcus philosophy of modern luxury to a design concept that would blend in agreeably with Florida's easygoing tropical lifestyle.

SOLUTION

A former retail anchor, the store's interior had to be totally destroyed, and then the shell was expanded and given a fresh exterior, and new entries. We selected colors and materials evocative of the region in order to support a sophisticated Florida ambiance throughout the entire store: Boca Raton tropical meets urban chic.
